My Cancellation Policy
I understand that life events may prevent you from attending your appointment, but so i am being fair to all clients and therapists, please be aware of my cancellation policy;- A 24hour cancellation notice is kindly requested in order to help reschedule your appointment.
If cancellations are made with less than 24hour notice of your booked appointment, 100% of the cost of the treatment will still be payable.
No- shows - 100% of the cost of the treatment will still be payable.
Should you arrive late for your booked appointment, i reserve the right to shorten the length of the treatment whilst the full cost will still be payable.
