Covid 19 questionnaire to be completed in advance of every appointment
Regular disinfection of the treatment room
For your appointment
Clients to wear a face covering
Temperature taken on arrival
Clients can check in using my NHS QR code (although i do have records of all appointments in case you are not registered)
Treatment room is disinfected and aired in between every client and at the end of the day
Fresh linen used per appointment

Wearing full PPE , (Personal Protection Equipment) including mask, visor, gloves and apron
